The power to focus

Jai Shri Krishna friends, when you learn about Leonardo da Vinci, you will find that if he did any work, he would get lost in it! The state of being lost in this work is called Focus. Leonardo da Vinci is said to have worked on his famous painting 'Mona Lisa' for about 13 years. So you can imagine how much attention he must have paid to the Mona Lisa. That is why the Mona Lisa has become so beautiful. Leonardo da Vinci was working on the Mona Lisa with great focus. If Leonardo da Vinci had not been aware of the 'power of focus', he could not have created the Mona Lis. So you can see how much Focus is needed! So today we will discuss how we use this power called Focus.

 ● What does Focus mean ?

Focus in simple language means - to focus on one thing by diverting the mind from many things and things.

Just as bilori glass puts the scattered rays of the sun in one center, so do many of your thoughts in one place and do your job well. This is called Focus.

When there is a deer on one side of the forest and a lion or a tiger on the other side and the tiger wants to hunt the deer, the tiger has to keep a full focus on its prey deer. If a tiger or a lion makes a mistake, it cannot reach the summit. But if he stays focused and hunts, he will be able to hunt deer. This strength is in Focus.

● What are the benefits of Focus?

When Warren Buffett and Bill Gate were asked a question in two separate interviews, 'What is the only reason for your success? Then both of them gave the same answer that 'Focus'! But ... the question is - what will you get by staying or doing Focus? It is true that great people believe in the power of Focus. But what are the other benefits of Focus?

1: Focus not only connects you to one thing, but also keeps you away from many useless things.

2: To stay focused on one thing means to live that thing! Getting lost in that thing and your 100% debt in that thing.

3: You can't give 100% without keeping focus. 100% debt to something, it means to put all your energy into the work. So that the work becomes the best.

4: It takes your friend 2 days to complete a task. When you focus on the same work, giving 100% of the work, you can complete the work in 1 day.

Only Focus can make you a master of any one field.

There are many such benefits of Focus. One thing to remember, Focus is essential for success.

● How to Focus?

 1: Focus is a process.

Many people understand Focus as a result. But I want to tell you that Focus is a process. You do not have the permission required to post. Also ... you may be wondering how Focus is a process and not a result. It is not only important that you focus on one task but also on which task you focus on.

Example:

You read science today, because tomorrow is your exam paper. You read tomorrow's paper with full focus. But after going to school, you found out that today is not a science paper but an English paper. So, will you get success or failure in this exam paper? Failure! Really.

2: Work and useless works.

Just as it is important to know which way you are focusing, you should also be able to identify useful and useless things or works. Along with what we have to do, we must also know what we should not do.

Like, you have to make a presentation about anything tomorrow and you have to make that presentation with a lot of focus today. In this way you have got a necessary job in which you can focus. But now you have to stay away from useless things or things that you can't focus on properly. Such things include your urine, social media, vehicle noise, human noise, etc., which prevent you from focusing. You have to sing these things yourself.

3: pomodoro technique

This Technique is my favorite Technique. The technique is very simple. That is why this is so popular.

In this technique you have to do your work in 4 parts of 25-25 minutes. That is (Part-1) you have to work in the first 25 minutes and then 5 minutes break, (Part-2) after 5 minutes break again 25 minutes work and then 5 minutes break, (Part-3) then do the same thing To do it again, (Part-4) this time there will be a 15 minute break after 25 minutes of work. That way you can do your job easily. In a 5 minute break you can go for a walk, put things right around you, do some exercise (etc.).

4: It is very difficult to stay focused.

It is understandable that as we get closer to technology, we become more and more diss track. So very few people today know how to focus.

Technology has made it very difficult to focus today. Because today the diss track is right next to us. It is our responsibility to avoid this diss track and focus on a good work. If you still want to know about Focus you can read books like Deep work by Cal Newport, Make Time by jake knapp, Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi etc.

And yes, don't forget to follow me. (Click on those three lines and follow me.) I will be talking about such science and self-help.

Thank you ....
