If you have negative thoughts that you can neither tell anyone nor keep more to yourself. What to do ?

Take a piece of paper for it and write down all your thoughts in it. If you do, your mind will feel like it was written somewhere and you don't need to remember it anymore. So the mind will forget those thoughts. This method is also used in time management.

In Time Management, your time is written on one side and your work is written on the other side. So that your mind does not put all that inside you, and does its work in peace.

This trick is very simple, try it once.
